At Prime Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center, we aim to make the billing process as transparent as possible. We accept most major commercial plans, Medicare, and Tricare to ensure you get the expert care you need.
We understand that health insurance can be complicated, and our goal is to be your advocate throughout the process. Please call our office at (727) 528-0321 if you have questions regarding your specific plan, a billing statement, or to arrange a payment. We provide clear guidance on your coverage so you can focus on what matters most: your skin health.

Important Note For Our Patients
We are happy to help guide you through the insurance process. To ensure your visit goes smoothly, please keep the following in mind:
- Network Verification: While we accept the plans listed below, please confirm that we are "In-Network" with your specific plan and tier. When searching your insurance directory, Prime Dermatology may be listed under our former name, "Divine Dermatology," or under the individual provider’s name (e.g., Dr. Neha Chandan).
- Referrals & Authorizations: If your insurance (such as an HMO) requires a referral from your Primary Care Physician, please ensure this paperwork is in place before your visit.
- Medicaid: We are not currently in-network with any Medicaid plans.
- AARP Plans: We only accept AARP plans that include Out-Of-Network benefits or function as a secondary/supplementary insurance.
- Coverage Knowledge: Patients are ultimately responsible for knowing what their specific policy allows and which procedures require prior authorization.
